Abstract: Organic memristor is an electronic element with a property to vary its conductivity according the history of its involvement into the signal transfer process. It contains a layer of conducting polymer (polyaniline (PANI) in a contact with solid electrolyte. Its working principle is based on a significant difference of the PANI conductivity in the reduced and oxidized forms. The construction and properties of the elements will be described. It will be considered logic elements with memory, realized from organic memristors. In addition, we will consider deterministic circuits mimicking a function of the nervous system of simple animals, where memristors play a role of synapse analogs. Finally, stochastic networks realized from polymeric fibers and block co-polymers will be described.
